He works both virtually and face-to-face with clients across various sectors, including Maritime, Oil & Gas, Wind, Port & Logistics. He is skilled in designing and delivering learning solutions, including leadership coaching and development programs. He has held positions at Maersk Training, DS-NORDEN, and the Danish Defence Forces.
