I founded NORS Consulting on a simple premise: Traditional, theoretical training fails when it meets operational complexity. Real leadership development requires a relational approach grounded in candor, mutual accountability, and practical implementation.

My background combines two distinct, highly demanding worlds:

​

• 15+ Years in Military Leadership: Serving as an officer in the Danish Armed Forces, including three international deployments to high-conflict zones. This experience forged a deep understanding of crisis management, human resilience, decision-making under extreme uncertainty, and the vital importance of psychological safety.

• 8+ Years in Global Corporate Leadership: Leading leadership development across complex international operational environments (including senior consultant roles at Maersk Training and Global Leadership Development Manager at DS-NORDEN). This background provides firsthand insight into corporate governance, cross-cultural collaboration, and the structural friction between strategy and frontline execution.
